KL Day Three
Woke up abruptly at 9.30 am because the countless mozzie bites got too itchy for comfort. Couldn't sleep and decided to wash up.
Checked out at 11.30 am and Nic kor picked us up from our hotel to eat banana leaf rice!
I was pretty amazed when they served our soup in that metal tea cup. Maybe because i've never eaten banana leaf rice before lol!
After lunch, we went over to one utama which had a pretty cool christmas town with little shops along the sides.
The white part in the middle is the christmas carollers' stage area.
After vava left for dance class, kor drove us up to look out point. It was drizzling when we got there and the sky was too hazy to see anything. So we took shelter inside gasoline cafe.
Other gasoline outlets have different themes each. And the one we went is themed: BUGS LIFE.

Outdoor seats and interior designs...
Dun quite see the link between witches and bugs. And we were wondering if the lanterns were expired halloween decorations haha!
Anyway. We ordered some drinks...
And nuggets for snacks.
It was nice watching the sunset while we yakked our time away. When the sky cleared, we went to check out the night view which was really pretty!
This picture does great injustice to the actual scenery. From where we stood, we could see the twin towers and the lights were beautiful!
Had an awesome dinner at lan jie steamed fish which is a must-try!
Normal and spicy steamd fish, both of which are really good! The gravy for normal fish is actually nicer but for spicy food lovers like me, i prefer the spicy fish!
Our side dishes which were equally satisfying. Thanks kor and Lyn for bringing me there! LOVE IT!
Gawd. i'm hungry.
