So says my blog title.
This is possibly one of my worst flu attacks. Everything escalated so quickly. What seemed like an innocent morning sinus developed into sore throat, flu and fever.
It all started when a couple of colleagues went on MC this week. Then the flu bug spread like wildfire. The past 2 days were miserably spent, sleeping the day away as i was so drowsy from my medication. i couldn't sleep that well either as i was shivering even with the fan turned away, despite wearing a thick hoodie and a pair of socks.
By the time i got to the clinic, my temperature had reached 38.7 and my head was burning. i couldn't take the pain and requested for a jab to bring down the temperature.
Until now, i still feel a little oozy and my throat hurts badly. Haven't had much appetite, with mostly porridge as my food intake.
I'm so going for the flu jab after i recover from this terrible episode.
