MegaZip and Night Luge

Another thing off my bucket list! :)

I've been wanting to do the megazip flying fox but i just couldn't find the right time and people. Afterall, 38 bucks for a flying fox in singapore isn't exactly very cheap.

So i was super excited when Hui decided to go with me on tuesday. Megazip is a bit of a walk from imbiah station, quite close to where the luge is.

Anyway, we took the eagle package which includes the flying fox and climbmax. After having ourselves weighed, we were strapped to our harness before setting off.

We did the climbmax first, which has 3 different levels that look like this...

While doing level 2, i almost died, especially at the swing rope part (top right of picture). We had to move sideways and the wooden plank flipped each time i put my foot on it. It was a test of balance, arm and leg strength.

My fave part of the obstacle course was the mini flying fox where we sat on a tyre and went down.

After completing our 2 levels of climbmax, we went up to the highest level to do our flying fox. It wasn't too hot as it was around 5 pm.

Two korean girls who went first. And the view taken from where i stood...

The flying fox wasn't scary at all and i even stretched out my hands to feel the wind, haha. It was pretty scenic to go above tree tops, the beach and the sea. It was even more fun because Hui and i went down together on separate lanes and we were just making fun of each other. 'Twas a great experience.

Dinner was at malaysian street and we ordered the large pot of claypot chicken which was really good.

The lap cheong was irresistable! Even the weight-conscious friend gobbled down everything :)

Our final stop of the day was the night luge. i've been on the luge during the day at sentosa and also in NZ but i wanted to try a different experience. And i really, really love how the pretty lights zoom past like i was in tokyo drift lol.

View of the track taken from the chair lift. i was telling Hui that they reminded me of the tongue painting candy.

Thank you for being a great company! And for the pressie too
