So. i've attended two sessions of zumba fitness at the community centre near my place. And i was pretty surprised to see that most of the people there are much, much older than me.

Anyway, zumba is a combination of aerobics and dance that apparently helps in body toning.



The songs that we zumba to are quite contemporary, with a mix of latin and bollywood-inspired moves haha! After the first lesson, i realised i don't have the flexibility of a snake. And i think i have some psychomotor problem of not being able to follow the instructor's steps.

EVERYONE ELSE SEEMS TO BE DOING FINE!

Yes, even the aunties. And it puts me to shame. Blahhhhh.

But zumba really helps me relieve my stress after a long day in school with all the mad kids and work. It always feels good to sweat it out!
