All my students behaved so well in my classes that i called them sweet little angels. i dunno if it's the little candies from me that bribed them. Tsk tsk. But when i said that those were a little something for v-day, the girls went, really loudly...
AWWWW... SOOOOO SWEET!
Lol. These kids can be really sweet if they want to.
And during literature class, something dramatic happened before i started my lesson. The scene went like this.
Me: (to the boys who were not sitting at their allocated seats) You guys are not supposed to change seats. (co-operatively) Can you please go back to your seats?
Boys: (smiling sheepishly) No! We have something planned. Can you let us sit here first?
Me: Noooo.. Valentine's day does not render you the privilege of changing seats.
Boys: But BUT.. WE HAVE SOMETHING PLANNED!
Me: (guessing if it was a classmate's birthday and they wanted to throw a birthday surprise) Ok, why don't you tell me what the plan is?
Boys: (laughing and looking helpless) Well, actually we have something for you... (all four of them takes out a stalk of rose) HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY MS CHOW!
Me: (amused and in shock) Is this a prank?! Today is not april's fool.
Boys: REALLY! Its for you!
(Rest of class, who are girls had echoes of AWWW.. SOOOO SWEET!)
Ohmygod. These kids are so sweet and dramatic. No wonder they are studying literature! And so...

This was it. A random surprise that made my day. Thank you!
