Japan (Part1)

I can't believe it was only last month that i visited Japan. The places and memories are still so fresh in my mind.

I REALLY MISS THE FOOD!

The most memorable experience would probably be eating fugu (otherwise known was blow fish). We ordered a set to share that came with fugu in different forms.

Boiled fugu skin that was pretty tasteless.

Fugu sashimi that was really sweet and fresh. My favourite was the fried fugu that tasted like fried chicken! i almost wanted to order another plate of it.

Grilled fugu cooked by me, as Amanda wanted to video me doing it. i was amazed at how the meat still tasted so sweet after cooking it over the grill.

Fugu cooked in paper pot. Healthy and comforting when the night gets cold.

Ended our course with walnut ice cream that was really good! The staff was so nice to give us two portions of these even though it was supposed to be a set for one.

And i shall keep the post entirely on fugu. Some people are afraid that they may die from eating it. Well, we survived!
