1. He is the first person i go to when i need a listening ear. He doesn't dismiss my rantings but always encourages me. In fact, he gets upset when i don't share my problems.
2. He stays up with me whenever he can (and he sometimes sleeps at 6 am because NZ is 5 hours ahead).
3. Although we can both be short-tempered, he chooses to give in first.
4. He keeps me posted because he wants to, not because he has to.
5. He gives in to my random requests.
6. He is the only guy i can have a dynamic online and offline conversation with (and who actually click with my randomness haha).
7. He gives me little surprises (even when he's not a 'surprise' kind of guy).
8. He always has nice things to say (who likes to hear criticism all the time?)
9. He likes to go shopping with me (even though it's tiring to him, he doesn't mind accompanying me)
10. He understands me, my thoughts and feelings even when i can't express myself well
People always ask me how i survive LDR and how difficult it must be. To be fair, i think every relationship takes a lot to work out. It definitely wasn't easy when the boyfriend and i started out but i'm thankful that we've come so far.
I never thought i would have such a deep chemistry with someone who lives in another continent. It still amazes me when i think about it because it isn't easy for someone to align with me and put up with me without trying too hard. Haha.
Love isn't love if it's convenient. Love makes sacrifices and allows for mistakes.
