HAPPY TEACHERS DAY!
Phoned my contract teaching school in the morning and was overwhelmed by the senior teacher's enthusiasm. She wanted me to join them for teachers day lunch today lol. Tuition aside, i'm still mentally unprepared to meet new faces. i need time to process the sudden transition.
I call it the quarter-life crisis: from student to working adult.
I'm glad to finally earn some pocket money and clear whatever debts i've incurred as a fresh grad. i'm comforted to know that i only need to last for 2 months before going to NIE. But i dread waking up at 5.30 am. i'm not and will never be a morning person.
Know what. i'm already looking forward to the school holidays. Hehe!
