6th June
Took the 9.30 am bus from auckland to rotorua. We were starving by the time we got there and had lunch at this japanese restaurant nearby.
Just in time for their set lunch which ends at 3 pm.

We were pretty lost and followed some random sign which led us to polynesian spa. Love the hot bubbling spa there and got used to the smell from rotorua's volcanic activity after awhile.
Subway dinner and hot chocolate from nando's.
7th June
Had breakie at fat dog cafe...
Before busing down to skyline!
Took the gondola up to where the luge rides are.
Strawberry thick shake and hot chips for erm.. Lunch!
Headed down to agrodome after that and was greeted by a very friendly horse. It ran over to me and let me sayang it. Awww.. Anyways, we bought tickets to the sheep show!

Takeaway dinner from the same japanese place. Unagi and oyako don. Comfort food for a cold night.
8th June
Went to this really cool place called te puia where we saw maori stuff, geysers and hot springs.
Maori cultural show.
Mud pool.

Lunched at art cafe while waiting for our bus back to auckland. The lady boss, who studied in singapore, was really warm and friendly. She chatted with us and made me feel so at home.
